The R&D Department’s work continues rapidly under the leadership of our R&D Manager Mr. Emre Yurtemre. In 2018, as a result of the improvement made by our R&D Engineers on the filter driving machine, our General Manager Mr. Cem Dizdar presented their awards to our R&D engineers. We congratulate them and wish them continued success. <\/p>\n\n
In 2019, the \u201cCirculation Pump Drilling Machine\u201d produced in line with the demand from our customers was delivered to the customer. The machine provides its users with a high production capacity with automatic feeding with magazine, hole asset absence control station, automatic tool size assignment, modular tool change system and turntable system. <\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Machine design that can drill two angular position holes on the circulation pumps used in vehicles.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Error-free production with automatic tool length calculation after tool change.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Being able to determine tool wear by controlling the tool at specified intervals during machine operation.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Servo controlled drilling units.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Automatic evacuation of faulty parts by means of hole control station.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Modular tool change system. <\/p>\n\n
